Artwork Description

This piece begins with Gabriel’s interest in the study and observation of tree architecture. He sees trees as perfect fractal forms and proposes their structure as a kind of canvas where various types of flora and fruit grow. Some of these fruits are marked with symbols associated with humanity, used to reference our ability to synthesize and exchange information, much like fruits exchanged in a marketplace
