Artwork Description

Eclipse is a cyanotype realized on a ritual paper made with wood and inserted in a lightbox. The imprint of a flower crown used in a purification ritual is revealed by the light of a moon eclipse in Mexico. Holes in the paper were made with a thorn of a cactus and represent the stars in their exact position during that night.
