AtelierJAK
Artwork Description
AtelierJAK's work seeks to uncover meaning within the context of contemporary society. As society evolves and digital technologies advance, their modes of perception are rapidly changing. In this context, we examine the boundaries between phenomena and reality, investigating how these boundaries manifest within the framework of digital and analog. Their aim is to highlight the instability of social perception by deconstructing reality through digital media and then reconstructing it in analog form. This process goes beyond mere technological transformation, prompting a re-evaluation of how we perceive truth in society. The altered elements of "Soul Blindness" in the exhibition are designed to create confusion for the audience, encouraging them to question what to believe and what to doubt amidst the vast amount of information provided by modern society. Ultimately, their work is a philosophical exploration of the boundaries between reality and phenomena in contemporary society. Through this work, they seek to reveal how societal influences affect their perception at the intersections of digital and analog, reality and phenomena. In doing so, they pose fundamental questions about what truth is and how it can be perceived, inviting the audience to explore this complex reality with them.
